Rule 99
Notification to the holder or representative
In case of death or resignation of a shareholder or to deliver any document to the holder of shares, the corporation shall send his name, rank and the name, rank of the holder or representative, or if the holder or representative has given any address, by written post to that address. If not, such article will be published in major daily newspaper.
