Ownership will be determined according to foreign laws:

If the property of a foreigner residing in Nepal is to be apportioned, the owner must be determined according to the law of the country of citizenship of such foreigner, and if citizenship cannot be identified, the country in which he has his usual residence and if such residence cannot be ascertained.
