Section 66
Limitation
A person who is aggrieved by the actions taken in accordance with this paragraph may file a complaint within the following period from the date on which the process of Damasahi has to be initiated:-
(a) within three years from the date on which the matter under section 54 should be tried,
(b) within two years from the date of becoming aware of the matters relating to sections 62 and 64,
(c) within six months from the date of occurrence, except as provided in clauses (a) and (b).
