Rule 48
Revalidation of Certificate of Airworthiness
:
(1) According to Rule 47, if an aircraft that has received a certificate of airworthiness has been granted such recognition, the prevailing law on non-military aviation, the conditions mentioned in this regulation, the annex and the manual, if it flies against the conditions mentioned in the granting of such recognition, the director general shall cancel the air flight given in relation to such aircraft. Can withdraw recognition of certificate of qualification.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), before withdrawing recognition of the certificate of airworthiness, the owner or operator of the relevant aircraft shall be given an opportunity to submit a clarification.
