If the registered ship or the share of such ship is transferred to the name of a person or an organized organization, a statement in front of the registrar in relation to such transfer along with proof that the person authorized to hold the Nepali ship is qualified to own a Nepalese ship in the case of the transferee being transferred by the organized organization. That person or organization will not be considered as the owner of the vessel until it is given and signed.
