(1) A person may transfer some or all of his rights in ledgers, secured sales contracts, warrants and other intangible assets. During the transfer, the rights in the secured sale contract, document and other intangible assets may be transferred. (2) The terms of the agreement concluded between the person who bears the responsibility and the person to whom the transfer is made shall also apply to the person who receives the transfer. Except that it will not be necessary to give any information to the person who does not bear the obligation regarding the attachment, maturity or execution of the security rights arising from the transfer. (5) After receiving the information about the transfer, the person carrying the obligation shall fulfill his obligation by paying the transferee without paying the transferee. If requested by the person carrying the liability, the transferee shall provide sufficient proof of the transfer in due time. If the transferee fails to provide sufficient proof of the transfer, even though the transferee has received the notice of transfer, the person carrying the obligation can fulfill his obligation by paying the transferee.
