After the notice is issued according to Rule 4, at the time of collection of land, the concerned land owner, Mohi, sandhiyar, agent of Zamidari or their representative should appear in front of the land reform teams assigned to collect land and allow them to remain present and pay land until the work of that land is finished. The agent of the landlord or his representative should appear with the title of the land in his possession so that it can be presented when asked by the land reform team. If all the concerned persons are not present at the time of collection, the collection can be reserved for the concerned persons as long as they are present.
