Offenses related to assault or threats
If any of the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense related to assault or threats:-
(a) If he threatens his superior officer,
(b) If he assaults an officer above him or uses criminal force on him,
(c) If he speaks disrespectfully to an officer above him or behaves disrespectfully to him.
