Rule 39C
Responsibility for Accounts
The entire responsibility for keeping the account books of the committee in order will be the responsibility of the member in the committee with the secretary, and in the committee without him, the chairman of the committee or the person designated by the committee will be responsible. The member who keeps such an account book will give 25 percent of the remuneration amount received by the members of the committee collectively and the remaining members will receive the rest in equal measure.
