(1) The Chief District Officer may demand the details of the persons invited for the banquet in the context of social behavior and whether they are as specified in the Act and the requested details shall be given within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the information by the concerned person excluding the date of the party. . In this way, the Chief District Officer may request the details only if the complaint is filed within the time limit of the Act.

(2) If the Chief District Officer does not provide the details requested by the Chief District Officer according to sub-section (1), to be punished with a fine of up to three thousand rupees or imprisonment for up to three days or both. It will be over.
