Rule 5
Postal Letters
Private businessmen must comply with the following in order to use their postal letters in accordance with the postal letters introduced by the Postal Service:-
(a) Postage should be of strong paper whose length and width should be maximum 140-115 mm and minimum 140-90 mm.
(b) The stamp required for the purpose of postage should be pasted on the upper right hand side of the address,
(c) Postage should not be folded, folded, cut or altered in any way,
(d) The addressee's address stamp or franking machine stamp should be placed on the right side of the head on the front of the postal letter and the necessary information may be written on the left side of the front and on the back,
(e) In addition to the name and address of the addressee and the sender's name and address, any label may be affixed to the postage stamp, but the addressee's name and address label shall not be affixed to any other place than the right side of the front of the postage,
(f) Samples of merchandise or other similar items shall not be pasted on the postal paper. But a thin label with a picture, some kind of stamp and the name and address of the sender can be pasted only on the back and left side of the post so as not to spoil the shape of the post.
(g) Postage stamps not bearing the postage due will be sent back to the post office to collect as much as possible,
(h) A post which has not been delivered in accordance with the above mentioned rules, except that the stamp has not been affixed, shall be considered as a letter.
