Section 51
Punishment for seizing or arresting with intent to harass
(1) If any employee or police officer engaged in forest related work without malicious intent seizes property or arrests any person with malicious intent or harassment, such employee shall be fined up to one thousand rupees.
(2) The burden of proving that the intention of the employee mentioned in sub-section (1) was such shall be on the complainant.
