1 A National Civil Aviation Safety Committee has been established with the following members to ensure full safety of civil aviation:- 2.1.1.1 Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation or Minister of State - Chairman 2.1.1. 2 Attorney General or Deputy Attorney General appointed by him - Member 2.1.1.3 Secretary, Ministry of Finance or Deputy Secretary level representative appointed by him - Member 2.1.1.4 Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Order - Member 2. 1.1.5 Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member 2.1.1.6 Secretary, Ministry of Defense – Member 2.1.1.7 Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation – Member 2.1.1.8 Police Inspector General, Police Headquarters – Member 2.1.1.9 Empowered, …………. Nepali War Base - Member 2.1.1.10 Inspector General of Armed Police, Armed Police Force - Member 2.1.1.11 Chief Officer, National Investigation Department - Member 2.1.1.12 Director General - Member - Secretary 2. 1.2 The Government of Nepal may make necessary additions or changes in the members of the committee as required by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. 2.1.3 If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite a local or foreign expert or consultant to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer. 2.1.4 The secretariat of the committee will be at the head office of the authority. 2.
