Rule 3
2 Duties, Duties and Powers of the Secretary
: (1) The Secretary shall carry out the following daily tasks under the general direction of the Chairman:
(a) Conducting staff management and administration of the Commission.
(b) To implement the decisions made by the Commission.
(c) Prepare proposals to be submitted to the Commission.
(d) To prepare the annual program and budget of the Commission.
(e) To conduct an internal audit of the Commission and to act as prescribed by the Commission in relation to illegal activities.
(f) Conducting the financial administration of the Commission according to the approved budget, spending.
(G) To prepare, take charge and verify the minutes of the commission.
(h) To make necessary arrangements for the initiation or defense of the case to be filed on behalf of the Commission.
(i) To keep the accounts of financial transactions of the Commission properly.
(j) To cause the necessary actions to be taken in relation to the protection and operation of the property of the Commission.
(k) Organizing the internal organization of the central office of the Commission and conducting administrative and daily work.
(l) To do other tasks delegated by the commission and the chairman.
(2) The Secretary shall use the duties, duties and rights prescribed by the Act and the rules made under the Act (3) The Secretary may delegate the authority vested in him to the authorized staff of the Commission as necessary. 3.
