(1) District Elderly Citizen Welfare Committee meeting shall be held at the date, time and place determined by the District Elderly Citizen Welfare Committee Chairman as required.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the District Senior Citizens Welfare Committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the District Senior Citizens Welfare Committee will be considered to have been reached.
(3) District Senior Citizen Welfare Committee meeting will be presided over by the District Senior Citizen Welfare Committee Chairman and in his absence, the senior member from among the present members will preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the District Senior Citizen Welfare Committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the District Senior Citizen Welfare Committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
