A ship of Nepal of 500 or more than 400 gross tonnage or carrying cargo shall hold a cargo-book as prescribed. Details relating to cargo loaded in the ship, particularly the type and quantity of the cargo and place and manner of loading of cargo shall also be set down in such a cargo-book.
