: The Implementing Secretariat Procedure Rules, 2015 shall not apply to Government Offices to which these Rules apply. The notification dated 2032.1.29 stipulated that it will be applicable from 2032.1.1 in the ministries, secretariats and departments of the Government of Nepal.
