Section 2
Definition
In this Act, unless the context or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Perpetrator" means a person who commits an offense related to the accusation of witchcraft.
(b) "Victim" means a person who has been accused of witchcraft.
(c) "Witch accusation" means the act of defaming a person as a witch, witch or any other similar name and the term also refers to any act of witch accusation under section 3.
(d) "offence relating to the accusation of witchcraft" means any act committed under section 3 on the accusation of witchcraft.
