Unless the subject or the subject indicates otherwise, in this rule,-

(a) "Mineral survey" means all types of geological survey conducted on behalf of the Government of Nepal for the development of mining and mineral industry, - Physical, geo-chemical, geo-environmental and urban geological study and research, seismic survey and research, mineral exploration and exploration, mine inspection and evaluation works. Team" means the team of government employees engaged in mineral survey work.

(c) "Head of team" means the head of the mineral survey team.

(d) "Mineral Survey Office" means the temporary office of the Mineral Survey Team and the term also refers to the field survey camp of the Mineral Survey Team. ” means the temporary workers or porters hired for security, transportation, maintenance and other related work of mineral survey goods. It should be understood as the map published by the Government of Nepal or an organization approved by the Government of Nepal with different measurements (scales) including the structure of the natural land of Nepal shown. .

(h) “Director General” means the Director General of the Department.
