In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Film Scrutiny Committee" shall mean the Committee constituted under Section 7.
(b) "Chilachitra Ghar" means the original house where the film is shown and also the other real estate occupied by that house.
(c) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
