2. Definitions

Unless the subject or context dictates otherwise, in this order,-

(a) "Committee" means the Foreign Affairs Studies Institute Development Committee constituted under Section 3.
(b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(c) "Member" means a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member secretary of the committee.
(d) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director appointed as per Section 6.
(e) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" shall mean as prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this order.
