Unless the context or the context otherwise requires, in these regulations,–

(a) “Act” means the Press Council Act, 2048.
(b) "Council" means the Press Council (c) "Committee" shall mean Newspaper Distribution, Inspection Committee constituted as per Section 10 of the Act.
(d) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Council (e) "Member-Secretary" means the Member-Secretary of the Council.
