(1) In these rules, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–
(a) “Act” means the Foreign Investment Tax Act, 2019.
(b) “tax” means foreign investment tax.
(c) "Taxpayer" means a person who is liable to pay tax.
(d) “Schedule” means the Schedule to these Rules.
