2. Definition

In this Order, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee.
(b) "Executive Director" shall mean the Executive Director as per Section 6.
(c) "Ministry" means the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation (d) "Virat area" means the area within Morang, Sunsari and Jhapa districts.
(e) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Committee" means the Greater Area Tourism Promotion and Development Committee constituted as per Section 3.
