Section 2
Definition
In this procedure, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Commission" means the Nepal Law Commission.
(b) "Website" shall mean the website of Nepal Law Commission www.lawcommission.gov.np.
(c) "updating work" shall mean the work of preparing and including in the website of the Commission the current and historical materials related to Nepal law to be published on the website of the Commission in electronic form and the term shall mean the translation, testing, typing, proof reading and approval to be done before such inclusion. It will also refer to actions etc.
