Preamble

1.An Act to Amend Certain Nepal Acts, 2075 Since it is desirable to make necessary provisions regarding the Muslim Commission in order to protect and promote the identity, rights and interests of the community, its history and culture, and to empower the Muslim community, the Legislature-Parliament has made this Act according to Article 296, Clause (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
