: The International Finance Corporation has set the conditions that Nepal can be made a member of the International Finance Corporation under the conditions mentioned in Schedule-1 of this Act, and since it is necessary to arrange the things written hereafter in order to fulfill the conditions as written above, the advice of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Vikram Shahdev Consensus has made this law.
