- Since it is desirable to provide compensation for the property received or to be received by the Government of Nepal according to the laws of Nepal, this Act has been made in accordance with Article 93 of the Constitution of Nepal by Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
