: Establishing the Provincial Public Service Commission, determining the basis and criteria related to the work, duties and rights of suitable candidates for the posts of Provincial Civil Service, Provincial Police Service, Provincial Other Government Service, Provincial Organized Organization Service, Local Government Service and Local Level Organized Organization. Since it is desirable to make the necessary arrangements to make the public administration competent, strong and service-oriented while maintaining cleanliness and fairness in selection and promoting the merit system, the Federal Parliament has made this Act.
