In order to maintain the security, peace and order of Nepal, it is desirable to classify the important documents, records, treaties and other protected documents of government and public offices and to make necessary arrangements regarding the protection of confidentiality, from Shri 5 Maharajadhiraj Birendra Bir Vikram Shahdev to the Rashtriya Panchayat. This Act has been made with advice and consent.
