: To present to the world the determination of the Government of Nepal to make the goals and ideals of developing Lumbini more effective and accordingly, as it is desirable to arrange the Lumbini Development Fund to operate the Lumbini Development Plan in a more coordinated and smooth manner, the advice of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev And this law has been passed by consensus.
