(1) A person who is not satisfied with an order issued by the office in-charge or the inspector pursuant to this Act may make an appeal to the in-charge of the office referred to in Section 6 within Thirty Five days
after the date of receipt of such order.
(2) A person who is not satisfied with a decision made by the Adjudicating Authority pursuant to this Act may make an appeal to the concerned Court of Appeal within Thirty Five days after the date of knowledge of that decision.
