(1) Except as otherwise mentioned in this Act, an appeal may, after the commencement of this Section, be filed in the Court of Appeal115 against a decision made by the District Court or the prescribed authority, committee or organization pursuant to this Act within thirty five days. (2) If an appeal has been filed in any court or authority under the law prevailing for the time being, prior to the provision of appeal as referred to in Sub-section (1), and is under consideration of such court or authority, nothing contained in that Sub-section shall affect the same.
