20. Appeal :

A person who is not satisfied with the order of punishment given pursuant to Sub-section 19.2 may prefer an appeal to the concerned Court of Appeal 25 within a period of thirty five days from the date of receiving the order of such punishment, and the decision of the Court of Appeal 26 shall be final.
