(1) A party who is not satisfied with the fine imposed pursuant to Section 35 may make an appeal within thirty-five days to the concerned District Court if such fine is imposed by the Local Level and to the concerned High Court if it is imposed by other body or authority of the Government of Nepal or Provincial Government.
(2) A party who is not satisfied with the decision made as to the determination of compensation pursuant to Section 36 may make an appeal to the concerned High Court within thirty-five days.
