26. Arbitration: In case Government of Nepal and the licensee fail to resolve any dispute arising out of any matters relating to mining operations through mutual discussions between the Two parties such a dispute shall be resolved
through an arbitration as provided, if any, in the agreement concluded between Two parties, and in absence of which through an arbitration as prescribed.
