Identity Card Distribution Officer shall form a committee consisting of the persons as following for the purpose of Rule 19 Subrule (2):
(a) One Member of concerned Ward of Village Development Committee or Municipality,
(b) One local representative of each political party having Member in
House of Representative,
(c) Maximum three persons including at least one woman among renowned local persons.
