(1) If any kind of damage, loss or injury is caused to any person due to the commission of any act deemed to be the offence or any other act under this Act, the concerned person or victim may make a complaint to the concerned District Court to get compensation paid for such damage, loss or pain, as well.
(2) If a complaint referred to in sub-section (1) is made, the concerned District Court shall cause to be paid the reasonable compensation to the victim from the offender if it thinks that compensation has to be paid.
