Complaint
(1) If the industry registration body refuses to register the industry, the party who is not satisfied therewith may make a complaint to the Ministry, for a decision made by the Department, and to the Ministry of concerned Province responsible for industries, for a decision made by the industry registration body of the Province, within thirty days.
(2) The complaint hearing body shall make required examination of a complaint made under subsection (1) and make necessary decision on it within thirty days of the date of the making of the complaint.
(3) Other provisions relating to complaints shall be as prescribed.
