2. Definition: Unless the subject or context otherwise requires, in this Act:
(a) “Commission” means the Nepal Law Commission established under Section 3.
(b) “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Commission.
(c) “Vice-chairperson” means the Vice-chairperson of the Commission.
(d) “Member” means the Member of the commission and this term also includes the Chairperson, vice-Chairperson, Honorary Member and
member Secretary.
(e) “Secretary” means ‘Secretary’ of the Commission
