Rule 2
Definition
Unless the subject or context means otherwise, in these Rules,-
(a) “Act” means the Kharka Land Nationalization Act, 2031 (1974)
(c) Not to deprive of any one to put the cattle in the Kharka land for pasture purpose in the situation of payment of pasture fee.
(d) To prescribe pasture fee on pro rata basis for a certain period.
(e) Not to levy pasture fee at the rate more than as prescribed by the Act.
(f) To maintain account of pasture fee and deposit in the Village Assembly Fund.
(g) To issue receipt of pasture fee in the format of schedule.
(h) To accomplish other necessary function for the protection and improvement of Kharka land including the function of not allowing anyone to encroach the Kharka land and growing up improved quality of grass
