Definitions
In these Rules, unless the subject or context
otherwise requires,-
(a) “Act” means the Electronic Transaction Act, 2063 (2006).
(b) “Auditor” means a person appointed under Rule 26 for auditing the annual work performance of the Certifying Authority.
