Section 2
Definitions
Unless the subject or the context otherwise requires, in this Act:
(a) “Corporation” means the National Insurance Corporation established under Section 3.
(b) “Board” means the board of directors formed pursuant to Section 6.
(c) “Director” means the director of the Corporation appointed pursuant to this Act, and this term also includes the administrator and
assistance administrator.
(d) “life insurance business” means the life insurance business set forth in clause (f) of Section 2 of the Insurance Act, 2049(….). 2
