Unless the subject or the context otherwise requires, in These
Rules,
(a) “Act” means Private Financing in Build and Operate of
Infrastructures Act, 2063 (2006).
(b) “Evaluation committee” means the letter of intent and proposal
evaluation committee formed pursuant to Rule 24.
