Definitions
2. Definitions: In this Act:
(a) “Corporation” means a corporation established pursuant to Section 3.
(b) “Board of Directors” or “Director” in relation to any Corporation means the Board of Directors or Director of the
Corporation.
(c) “Concerned Department” means the concerned department of the Government of Nepal or any other department or authority specified by the Government of Nepal publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
