Definitions:
2. Definitions: Unless the subject or the context otherwise requires; in the Rule,-
(a) “Act” means Human Trafficking and Transportation (Control) Act, 2064(2007).
(b) “National Committee” means the Committee formed pursuant to Rule 3.
(c) “District Committee” means the Committee formed pursuant to Rule 5.
(d) “Ministry” means Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare.
