16. Identification:
(1) If any accused has to be identified in any case, Police personnel of at least Assistant Sub-Inspector level may make such identification in accordance
with the prevailing laws.
(2) The Police personnel of at least Assistant Sub-Inspector level may make identification of any material evidence or objects related to any case by following
the prescribed rules.
