Payment
Subject to the provisions of Section 56, payment of the amount due on a Negotiable Instrument must be made to the Holder.
Provided that, the Bank shall not be bound to give payment of a Cheque or Draft drawn upon the Bank is not made presentment for its
payment within Six months from the date at which it is drawn.
