21. Saving:
(1) Acts and actions done and taken by the Local Development Training Center, Local and Town Development Training Center, Women Development Training Center and Training Materials Production Center under the Ministry of Local Development, Government of Nepal shall be deemed to have been done and taken under this Act.
(2) All rights and liabilities of the Centers as referred to in Subsection (1) shall be transferred to the Academy.
(3) The employees of the Centers as referred to in Sub-section (1) shall be transferred to the Academy.
