Upon making investigation and inquiry into your house or building/ the house  or building used by you as per the information of the offence received by this Office pursuant to the Electricity Leakage Control Act, 2058 (2001) and the Electricity Leakage Control Rules, 2059 (2002), it has been found that the offence of stealing electricity is being committed / is going to be committed in your house or building/ the house or building used by you. While making investigation and inquiry into the  matters, it has been evaluated that you have stolen electricity worth
